: The cover image shows 1,10-phenanthroline derivatives as chemical modulators for acid sphingomyelinase, Zn(II)-bound amyloid-, or both. Utilizing such chemical modulators, both the aggregation and clearance of A could be controlled. This work was mainly carried out by two graduate students, Yelim Yi and Jiyeon Han, from Professor Mi Hee Lims group.
